‘Didn’t forget about you Australia’: 5 Seconds of Summer to bring their No Shame 2020 tour Down Under

They performed at the Fire Fight Australia bushfire relief concert on Sunday night. 

And on Monday, 5 Seconds of Summer announced they’ll be returning to the stage when they bring their their No Shame 2020 tour Down Under later in the year.

Sharing the exciting news on his Twitter account, guitarist Michael Clifford wrote: ‘Didn’t forget about you Australia,’ alongside the upcoming tour dates.

‘Didn’t forget about you Australia’: 5 Seconds of Summer announced that they’ll be returning to the stage when they bring their their No Shame tour to Australia later in the year (L-R: Luke Hemmings, Calum Hood, Ashton Irwin and Michael Clifford)

5 Seconds of Summer will kick off their tour on the Gold Coast on November 27, before playing Brisbane on November 28 then taking their show to Perth on November 30.

The She Looks So Perfect hitmakers will then tour Newcastle, and Melbourne before concluding their tour in Sydney on December 5th, playing at the Sydney Opera House forecourt.

General release tickets for all six Australian shows will go on sale at 1pm (AEDT) on Friday, February 21 via LiveNation.

The LA based singers rocked the house performed some of their chart-topping hits during the Fire Fight Australia concert on Sunday.

The Australian pop rockers put on an energetic show for the 70,000 attendees, playing hits She Looks So Perfect, Valentine and Want You Back.

The foursome also treated crowds to their new single Shame, before completing their set playing hits Young Blood and Who Do You Love?

Singer Luke Hemmings showed off his new tattoo on the side of his right wrist as he gripped onto his microphone. 

On the night, the 23-year-old opted for style in a brown tailored suit over a blue singlet top.

The foursome recently wrapped up supporting The Chainsmokers on their World War Joy tour last year.  

5 Seconds of Summer were formed when the band members were just teenagers. They are now considered one of Australia’s most successful musical exports.
