And Alice Cooper proved he’s just as rock n’ roll as ever on Friday night, as he performed at the Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne, Australia.

The Poison hitmaker, 72, put on a lively show as he continued the Australian leg of his Ol’ Black Eyes Is Back tour following a gig in Adelaide on Tuesday.

The music icon was seen rocking a vast array of outfits for the guitar-fuelled performance, including a top hat, a straitjacket and black leather gloves.

Staying true to character, Alice’s eyeliner was drawn on thick around his blue eyes, as he belted out tracks such as School’s Out and No More Mr. Nice Guy.

The musician, known for his distinctive raspy voice, commanded attention on stage as he took the microphone with him as he sang.

He was warmed up by Victoria’s own metal band, Airbourne.

Alice’s return to Australia marks the first time in three years since his 2017 tour with Kiss guitarist Ace Frehley.

The tour is actually his 14th tour in Australia since his first time on stage Down Under 43 years ago.

Alice will continue on to Sydney on February 15 and Brisbane on February 18.

In between, Alice will lend his profile to the sold-out Fire Fight Australia bushfire relief concert at Sydney’s ANZ Stadium on February 16.

Comedian Celeste Barber, whose Facebook fundraiser has now raised more than $50million for bushfire victims, will host the event.

Olivia Newton-John, Queen + Adam Lambert and k.d. lang will headline the event, alongside more than 20 local and international acts.

While Fire Fight Australia 2020 has completely sold out, it will be broadcast on Channel Seven and Foxtel from 1pm on 16 February.
