Bachelor star Simone Ormesher shows off her abs with boyfriend Matt Thorne and daughter Gracie-Mae

She’s one of Australia’s fittest reality TV rejects. 

And Bachelor In Paradise star Simone Ormesher, 28, proved hard work really does pay off as she flaunted her abs while running errands in Melbourne on Sunday. 

Joined by her partner Matt Thorne and their daughter Gracie-Mae, one, the buff blonde proudly paraded her sculpted physique in a black long-sleeved crop-top and  high-waisted grey shorts. 

She completed her sporty look with a pair of white sneakers, and used a black scrunchie to tie her hair into a half-up style. 

For makeup, the former Bachelor contestant highlighted her cheeks with a generous swipe of blush and darkened her eyebrows with a brown pencil. 

Tattooed Matt meanwhile wore a black T-shirt, blue jeans and a pair of chunky white sneakers. 

The pair took turns pushing little Gracie-Mae in her pram as they traversed the shopping centre side-by-side. 

Simone has been keeping her fans updated on her postpartum fitness journey since giving birth to Gracie-Mae in October last year.    

Three days after giving birth, Simone told her followers that she will focus on clean eating and easing herself back into a workout regimen.  

‘Focussing on clean eating and then [I] will slowly get back into my fitness routine once my mind and body is healed,’ she wrote alongside a candid mirror selfie. 

Simone rose to fame in 2017, when she was a contestant on Matty Johnson’s season of The Bachelor.

She was later invited to star on season one of Bachelor in Paradise, where she had a short-lived romance with Apollo Jackson.
