The Bachelorette’s Angie Kent joins Bachelor in Paradise star Jessica Brody to celebrate the GOOD things that happened in 2020
Jessica Brody called on her fans to discuss the good things that happened in 2020, despite the pandemic and the hardships that resulted.
The 30-year-old former Bachelor In Paradise star posted the request to Instagram on Monday, and she quickly received a number of responses.
Among them was Bachelorette star Angie Kent, 30, who loved the idea of focusing on the positives.

Jessica said in her caption: ‘As this horrendous year comes to a close I want to take a minute to practice gratitude and encourage you to do the same.
‘I spent a lot of this year writing down what I am truly grateful for in life and it helped me through some tough mental hurdles.
‘If you feel like sharing, tell me something good about 2020 for you. If you don’t want to share, I implore you to grab a pen and paper and write them down for yourself.’

Angie replied in the comments: ‘I love this!!! YES! It’s been horrendous off and on, but also a lot of lessons and beauty!
‘Okay… I’m most grateful for 2020 thanks to a friend who introduced me to theeeee most amazing therapist and we got working hard on finding myself again, to regain the love I had lost for myself!
‘AND I am starting to realize I need to learn boundaries with friends/ family/ relationships.

‘And forgive myself more!! And for that, I’m forever grateful and realizing it has been such a game changer!!! Without 2020 I might not have done the work I needed to.
‘Put numero unos first my sweet thangs!!! Without knowing who you are and doing the work, how can we expect anyone else to understand’.
Jessica appeared on Bachelor in Paradise this year, where she was left heartbroken after being spurned by Ciarran Stott, 25.
Angie found love with Carlin Sterritt, 31, on the 2019 season of the Bachelorette but the pair split in July.
