The green and white hut sits on a stretch of golden sand overlooking the sea in Rotherslade Bay, South Wales.
It is up for auction with a guide price of just £25,000 – but has no running water and overnight stays are banned.
But those sea views are still a bargain compared to other hotspots like Christchurch Harbour, where a beach hut was snapped up for an outrageous £500,000.
