Police are on the hunt for more than a dozen revellers who broke into a massive pub brawl that saw one man brutally knocked unconscious as a major city highway was blocked off.

Dashcam owner Tony De Ieso filmed the moment a group of angry Adelaide pub-goers spilled over the Princess Highway shortly before 5pm on Wednesday.

The fight broke out in front of Gepps Cross’s Coopers Ale House, in the city’s north.

Footage shows the men violently punching and shoving one another with one man falling to the ground unconscious in tussle.

Several others fell onto the road before onlookers intervened and separated them.

However, some of the men in high-vis shirts lingered in front of the pub seemingly trying to reignite tensions.

Mr De Ieso said he called triple zero after seeing the fight but the men had fled before police arrived.

South Australia Police are now investigating the incident.

It is understood a few men who remained injured at the scene were offered treatment by paramedics but refused.

Mr De Ieso said he hopes the men ‘grow up a little’.

‘It’s lucky I didn’t have my kids in the car because that’s not something I want them to see,’ he told Seven News.

‘It looked like a few people got hurt. There was a guy on the ground for a little bit.’
