Brooke Burke and David Charvet are officially divorced.
The couple of 12-years have finalized the terms of their split two-years after the model/hostess, 48, originally filed to end their marriage, according to TMZ.
The official end of their relationship comes just as former Baywatch star David, 47, has gone public with his new girlfriend, fitness model Oksana Rykova.

Despite the delay, which would make many think their split was contentious, the terms of the divorce make things seem absolutely amicable.
Brooke and David agreed to co-parent their two children, Heaven, 13, and son Shaya, 11, with the kids set to split their time 50/50 between mom and dad.
The exes will split any of the kids’ living expenses and neither will receive child support.
Brooke will keep the couple’s Malibu home and Santa Monica condo while David is getting a separate Malibu property.

Brooke will take two of the couple’s fitness businesses while David will keep several more, including Malibu Stone And Building Materials.
Both stars seem happy to be putting their pasts behind them.

Meanwhile, Brooke has been romancing real estate developer Scott Rigsby since last summer.
And things appear to be going strong.
‘We have a beautiful relationship right now, which is really valuable,’ Brooke told Us Weekly last year.
Brooke counted herself ‘so lucky’ in her and David’s ‘deep relationship and long history of love.’ She shared: ‘We’re still a family.’
Charvet was Burke’s second husband. She was wed to Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Garth Fisher from 2001 to 2005. The pair share daughters Neriah, 19, and Sierra Sky, 17.
