Carlo Ancelotti’s home reportedly broken into by gang before they were disturbed by the Everton manager’s daughter

  • Reports suggest police were called to Carlo Ancelotti’s home on Friday evening 
  • A gang of men reportedly sought to enter the property belonging to the Italian 
  • But the men fled after they were disturbed by the Everton boss’ daughter 
  • Reports claim that no one was injured and Ancelotti was not at the scene 

Everton boss Carlo Ancelotti’s home was subject of a break-in attempt from a gang on Friday night, according to reports.

The Liverpool Echo report that police were called to the house in Blundellsands – on the border between Merseyside and Lancashire – following the incident. 

It is said the men approached the Italian’s house looking to enter the property, but  were disturbed by the Toffees boss’ daughter when attempting to do so.

They subsequently fled from the scene before the arrival of police, who have yet to confirm that the incident took place.

Witnesses however told the Echo a number of police officers were seen at the scene during the course of Friday evening. 

Ancelotti himself is not believed to have been at the scene and no one is believed to have been injured.
