Construction has kicked off on a stunning 35-hectare property owned by Chris and Liam Hemsworth.

Aerial photos taken of the property, located in Broken Head – a coastal suburb in the Northern Rivers region of NSW – show a cabana has been completed near the lake.

The Hemsworth family lodged an application in 2020 to construct a cabana, with an estimated cost of $138,000.

Dozens of palm trees have been planted alongside the lake, while an island has been constructed in the middle of the water.

A fire pit and seating area has also been built and is a perfect area for the Hollywood stars to entertain their friends.

Liam purchased the property in 2019, just months after splitting from his wife Miley Cyrus.

The actor relocated to Australia after previously living in Malibu with Miley.

The property is a short distance from where older brother Chris and his wife live in their newly-renovated ‘mega-mansion’, which is worth approximately $20million.

According to The Daily Telegraph, there are just two other homes and a forested area separating the brothers’ estates.

The latest addition to the family’s property portfolio sits in a rugged area surrounded by lush trees.

The scarcely populated area is surrounded by bushland and open plains, including a large natural pond.

Chris relocated to Australia with his family in 2014, after several years living in LA.
