Christian Wilkins hits back at troll who called him disgusting slur over his eye-catching Derby Day outfit: ‘I find this term extremely offensive’

Christian Wilkins has hit back at a social media troll after he turned heads in a stunning outfit at Penfolds Derby Day in Melbourne on Saturday.

The cyber bully called the 27-year-old model and influencer ‘an attention seeking r****d’ while criticising his show-stopping fashion statement.

Christian responded by sharing the cruel meme to his Instagram Stories and added some harsh words of his own, telling the troll that he found the term – a slur aimed at disabled people – objectionable.

‘Honestly think what you want,’ Christian told the troll in his post alongside the screenshot.

‘But as a sibling of someone with a disability, I find this term extremely offensive.’

Christian, who has four siblings, is the son of Richard Wilkins, one of Channel Nine’s longest serving presenters.

Richard’s eldest son, Adam, who is 47, has Down Syndrome.

Using a photo of Wilkins in his outfit, the troll mocked his Derby Day outfit as if it were a Halloween costume.

Creating a fake ‘advert’ for the look, it was captioned ‘tucking tape’, ‘chicken fillets’ and ‘Richard Wilkins’ tick of approval’.
