Manchester City have given fans an insight into their changing room celebrations following their victory over Paris Saint-Germain on Tuesday night. 

City thrashed PSG 2-0 at home in the second leg of their Champions League semi-final to progress through to the final stage of the competition for the first time.  

After celebrating on the pitch following the final whistle, Pep Guardiola‘s squad continued the party in the changing rooms.

Footage posted on Zack Steffen’s Twitter shows the Manchester City players dancing in the changing room to the song ‘It’s Friday Then Saturday Sunday (What!)’.

The Manchester City players were still wearing their match kit as they jumped around the changing room with the team’s staff members.

As a result, Manchester City have now made their first ever Champions League final

As a result, Manchester City have now made their first ever Champions League final 

City have every right to celebrate, having reached the Champions League for the first time ever. 

Their place in the next round also marks their first UEFA European final in more than 50 years – having last won the European Cup Winners’ Cup final in 1970. 

It was Riyad Mahrez who provided the brace to see  Manchester City beat PSG 2-0 on the night and 4-1 on aggregate.
