Desperate search for teenage Maori girl, 15, who failed to come home after leaving without her phone or possessions

A desperate search is underway for a missing teenage girl who failed to come home overnight and didn’t take her belongings with her.

Harmony Hohepa, 15, was last seen at her home in Moss Vale, in the NSW Southern Highlands, about 11pm on Friday night.

She was reported missing by her frantic family on Saturday morning.

Officers from the Hume Police District have grave concerns for the teenager’s welfare given her age.

Harmony also left her home on Friday night minus her mobile phone or personal possessions.

She is described as being of Pacific Islander or Maori appearance and about 172cm tall.

The youngster has a slim build, long dark hair and dark eyes. 

She was believed to be wearing a blue top with blue and purple shorts when she left her home.

Anyone who has information about her whereabouts is urged to call police.
