Drake is NOT forgiving Pusha T after rap rival’s revelation of his secret son

Drake just did a deep dive, two-hour interview where he opened up about his feud with Pusha T, among other things.

The 33-year-old Canadian superstar, appearing on on the Rap Radar podcast with Elliott Wilson and Brian ‘B.Dot’ Miller, made clear he’s not in the forgiving spirit of the season when it comes to his beef with his rap rival, 42.

‘I have no desire to ever mend anything with that person,’ the Toronto native said in the chat.

Out and about: Pusha T was snapped at the Dior Men's Fall 2020 Runway Show on December 3 in Miami

The latest: Drake, 33, opens up for more than two hours in a new Rap Radar interview, touching on his past conflicts with Pusha T, 42, (R) in the comprehensive exchange, saying, ‘I have no desire to ever mend anything with that person’

The God’s Plan performer took an objective stance toward Pusha T’s tactics, including his revelation that Drake had a secret son named Adonis (who is now two-years-old) with French beauty Sophie Brussaux.

‘I’ll say this, I tip my hat to the chess move,’ Drake said. ‘I mean, it was a genius play in the game of chess – and definitely warranted my first quote-unquote “loss” in the competitive sport of rapping.’

While he conceded that Pusha T had made a good tactical move, Drake, whose full name is Aubrey Drake Graham, didn’t give any props to the rapper for his actual work.

‘Some people like his music: I personally don’t cause I don’t believe any of it,’ said Drake.

Drake has past claimed that Pusha T has used his name to boost his own reputation.

The rappers have been at odds dating back years, incorporating their bad blood into their work on tracks such as Drake’s Tuscan Leather and Two Birds, One Stone; and Pusha T’s Exodus 23:1 and HGTV Freestyle.

Kanye West has past been embroiled in the feud between the rappers, and it hasn’t gone unnoticed by Drake.

‘I think he kind of recruited a guy with a similar dislike for me, no matter what he says [in] interviews,’ Drake said. ‘He can tell whoever, “I got love for him” or whatever, but it’s not love.

He added: ‘It’s … there’s something there that bothers him deeply; yeah, I can’t fix it for him, so, it just is what it is.’

Since his news of son became public knowledge, Drake has talked about wanting to be on good terms with Brussaux, who he claimed to have only met twice before they conceived the child.

Speaking on LeBron James’ HBO show The Shop in October, he said he was initially ‘scared’ to tell his mother about the situation, because he was never in a relationship with Sophie.

He said: ‘[I was] more scared to tell my mom because my mom has had real belief and real relationships with women in my life, like, over the course of my years.

‘I’m sure she would expect or be elated if I were to have gotten one of those women pregnant… So it was tough for me to tell her that it’s somebody that she’s never met.’

But the God’s Plan singer said he is ‘excited to be a great father’, and doesn’t want anyone to ‘be angry’ at Sophie: ‘I am a single father learning to communicate with a woman who… you know, we’ve had our moments, right?

‘And I do want to be able to explain to my son what happened. But I don’t have any desire for him to, like, not love his mother… I don’t ever want the world to be angry at his mother.

He added: ‘We have found ourselves in a situation and we are both equally responsible, and now I’m just really excited to be a great father. I have a son, he’s a beautiful boy.’
