Eminem angrily told UFC president Dana White his opinion ‘doesn’t matter’ live on television.
The legendary rapper’s song ‘Higher’ is being used for UFC 257 and he took the surprise swipe while the pair were being interviewed on the same TV panel.
The pair were speaking ahead of the latest ‘Fight Island’ this weekend event as Conor McGregor makes his return to the Octagon in a re-match against Dustin Poirier.

A short clip of their exchange on ESPN SportsCenter went viral online after being shared by former UFC heavyweight Brendan Schaub.
It shows the presenter and White left stunned after Eminem fires a foul-mouthed rant towards him.
Eminem can be heard saying: ‘The best part about your opinion is that it doesn’t matter.
‘And if every fighter that you had listened to your opinion when you doubted them, you wouldn’t have a f***ing league.’

While the short clip does not fully showing the context of Slim Shady’s comments, he appears to be siding with fighters against the UFC chief.
White awkwardly smiled as the rapper began to rant, but looked visibly uncomfortable at the comments being fired at him.
McGregor will face Poirier in a long-awaited rematch on Fight Island, Abu Dhabi, with McGregor defeating ‘Diamond’ on his way to the featherweight title back in 2014.

The stakes are high with the winner of Saturday’s main event expected to compete for the title next, with long-reigning champion Khabib Nurmagomedov announcing his retirement last year.
And having come face-to-face at Thursday’s press conference, the pair weighed in for the highly-anticipated lightweight bout.
Poirier appeared slightly unbalanced as he weighed in at 156 pounds, which is eligible for lightweight fights that are not for the title.
