Everton open to selling Moise Kean after successful loan spell at Champions League semi-finalists PSG but Carlo Ancelotti insists he is not looking to sign a striker this summer

Carlo Ancelotti has offered Paris Saint-Germain the chance to bid for Moise Kean but insisted Everton will not buy a new striker this summer.

Kean has recaptured his form with the Champions League semi-finalists following a dismal spell at Goodison Park.

Everton would want to recoup the £36million they paid for the Italy forward in 2019.

‘I don’t have to convince him to stay,’ said Ancelotti. 

‘He is on loan and he has to come back. If PSG want him, they have to open discussions. 

‘We are open but if nothing happens he will be an important player next season.’

Everton face Tottenham on Friday knowing they must add to their one home win in 2021 to keep their hopes of European football on track.
