Former AFL player Josh Gibson has sold his Edwardian home in Melbourne‘s Elwood in a private deal, six years after purchasing the pad.
According to the Herald Sun, the sports star, 36, sold the property for between $1.6 and $1.7million, but the exact price remains a mystery.
The AFL champion reportedly made a $300,000 profit, after purchasing the home in 2014 for $1.3million, shortly before his sport team, Hawthorn Football Club, won the premiership.

It comes after Josh broke up with his Russian girlfriend Olga Kononchuk, who is still on the mend after a boating accident left her with spinal injuries.
The footballer split with Olga after the couple had been dating for almost two years.
The Herald Sun reported the pair split shortly before Christmas, with Josh stripping his social media and deleting all photos of the couple.

She remains on the long road to recovery after sustaining serious spinal injuries in a boating accident in November 2018.
The couple had only been together five months when Olga was rushed to hospital after a boat crash.
The pair were celebrating Stakes Day with friends at Port Phillip Bay in Victoria on November 17, 2018. The fall caused damage to vertebrae in her lower back.
