French – real name Karim Kharbouch – was released from West Hills hospital in the San Fernando Valley in early December.
He was ordered to take a break from working, travelling, exercising, partying and performing for the next month.
Despite being hospitalized with severe stomach pains and an increased heart rate, the rapper still managed to release his album Montana on Friday.
He was treated for hydration and exhaustion after a whirlwind trip that included stops in four different countries in less than a week.
French received IV fluids, as sources close to the situation suspected it could be a possible case of food poisoning.
Following his release from the ICU, he remained in the hospital for another few days for observation.
Posting a series of snaps during his recovery, the musician thanked fans for their support.
He wrote on his Instagram page: ‘Thank you Everyone for all of the prayers, love and support. I’m finally out of ICU and am getting better one day at a time!!!
