A dog owner has shared a hilarious image of her Golden Retriever looking a lot like a Christmas tree as its stands patiently, covered in sparkly fairy lights.
One-year-old Gill from Boston, Massachusetts, is captured decorated with the battery fairy lights and pine cones.
The dog even sports a tartan Santa hat with a furry trim and reindeer antlers poking out of the top.

Footage shows the camera pan across her festive fur as the obedient dog stands in the hallway in Langhorne, Pennsylvania.
But Gill appears to be lacking in Christmas spirit as she stares down the camera lens in the video.
The clip was posted to Gill’s Instagram account where she has amassed more than 40,000 followers with her adorable pictures.

People were quick to comment on her Scrooge-like expression calling her ‘very festive but not very jolly’.
