Gwyneth Paltrow and Ciara have discussed have opened up about how it is important not to judge other mothers for their decisions.
The Goop founder, 48, and the Grammy Award-winning singer, 35, appeared on the Coach Conversations YouTube channel to talk about motherhood.
During the chat, the two women discussed what they’ve learned from their own mothers and how they find balance as working moms, wives and entrepreneurs.

Candidly discussing how she believes women should ‘support’ each other, Gwyneth said: ‘I think as mothers, we have to really be careful not to judge other mothers in their process and in their decisions, and we have to be supportive of each other.
‘It’s so important to understand that all moms are doing their best.’
While referencing parenting amid a global pandemic, Ciara added: ‘I want every mom out there to know that she’s not alone in the midst of the chaos.’
‘Even the things that seem abnormal or crazy: this is life, right? And the moment we can embrace that, we can go, “Okay, I’m ready, I got this.” Because you really do have it.’

Last month Gwyneth wished a happy 15th birthday to her son Moses, who she described as her ‘little shredder’ in a sweet social media post.
She shared several images of the birthday boy on her Instagram account as she paid tribute to her youngest child with her ex-husband Chris.
‘Holy Moses I can’t believe you are 15 today. You are the dreamiest, sweetest, most brilliant guy ever. I love you so much, you can’t fathom it. Happy birthday you little shredder,’ she captioned a series of snaps of her son.

In another photo, Moses looked every inch the budding pro skater as he performed a trick on his board.

The couple were married for 11 years before famously ‘consciously uncoupling’ in 2014, followed by their official divorce in 2016.
In 2018 Gwyneth remarried to Glee producer Brad Falchuk, while Chris has been in a relationship with Dakota Johnson for the last few years.
Reflecting on her first marriage in an interview with Anna Faris on her Unqualified podcast, Gwyneth admitted she never wanted to split from Chris.
