Harry Styles has added £50m to his fortune ON TOP of his One Direction earnings since going solo

Harry Styles has added a MASSIVE £50m to his fortune ON TOP of his One Direction earnings since going solo… leaving the rest of the boy band trailing behind

Harry Styles has reportedly added £50 million to his fortune since quitting One Direction and becoming a solo artist.

The Sun reports that Erskine Records holds assets of £24.7 million in music sales for the star – who is 26-year-old – over his three-year career away from the boy band that made him famous.

His company Erskine Touring also boasts a balance of £21.8 million. This accounts for Harry’s performance earnings.

He has another company – HSA Publishing  – which is worth £3.4 million.

This £50 million is without Harry’s earnings via One Direction – who smashed records in 2014 when their Where We Are tour, became the highest-grossing tour by a vocal group in history, grossing around £220 million.

As of 2020, the band – which was assembled on The X Factor in 2010 – have sold a total of 70 million records worldwide.

Harry has then made further cash via other projects – such as his role in 2017 blockbuster Dunkirk, as well as endorsement deals or interview fees.

They also don’t take into account the sales of sophomore album Fine Line, not included in this year’s tax earnings as it was released in December 2019, spending  33 consecutive weeks in the Top Ten.

He has come out on top when weighed up against his One Direction co-stars.

Niall Horan comes in second with an estimated fortune of £50 million, Louis Tomlinson follows with £45 million, Liam Payne has amassed £44 million and Zayn Malik £36 million.

These figures were reported by The Sunday Times in May, who estimated Harry’s overall fortune was £63 million.

Harry has had a successful career on the solo circuit, since releasing his debut single Sign Of The Times in 2017. His debut album came out shortly after.

Zayn has also release two albums – having quit One Direction in 2015, claiming he’d like to live ‘a normal life’.

Rather than do this, he launched a solo career, which has proven to be successful too.

Niall has also released two albums, his first reaching No 1 in the US, his second reaching No 1 in the UK.

Liam’s solo efforts have been less fruitful; his debut album, LP1, peaked at No 17 in the UK, and a very disappointing No 111 in the US, despite featuring well-received singles.

Louis’ album, Walls, came out in January 2020 and fared well across the world.

It sold 35,000 units on initial release and charting in several countries, reached No 1 in Mexico, Scotland, Portugal and Singapore.
