‘He stuck his middle finger up!’ Channing Tatum ‘demands diners are kicked out of restaurant’

‘He furiously stuck his middle finger up at them!’ Channing Tatum ‘demands diners are kicked out of a swanky London restaurant as he wrongly accuses them of photographing him’

Channing Tatum allegedly stuck his middle finger up towards a party of diners at a swanky London restaurant last month, before demanding they were kicked out.

The actor, 42, had been eating out at Covent Garden hotspot Louie when he ‘wrongly’ accused the group of photographing him, it has been claimed.

He had been filming the upcoming third Magic Mike film and threw the ‘diva-style strop’, which ‘terrified’ staff into rapidly booting the group.

A source told The Sun: ‘There was a group of six enjoying a meal and taking pictures of each other.

‘Channing thought they were taking pictures of him and furiously stuck his middle finger up at them. The next thing, the maitre d’ was telling them to leave.’

Channing’s representatives have been contacted for comment by MailOnline, as well as Louie restaurant.

It comes after the Step Up star alleged feuded with Thandiwe Newton while they were filming the movie, before she was replaced with Salma Hayak.

The argument, which was said to be ‘unimaginably vicious’, was over Will Smith slapping Chris Rock at the Oscars.

Insiders claimed that Thandiwe is planning on suing studio chiefs at Warner Bros over the incident.

The exchange of words reportedly took place on location in Paddington and culminated with Channing driving off set in his car.

A source said: ‘Channing Tatum is the producer and number one on set. Thandiwe Newton is the number two star. But 11 days into shooting and it’s all over.

‘They fell out over the debacle at The Oscars. I was on set. I watched her and watched him. They were in and out of the house where we were filming having this confrontation.

‘After the row he just went, ”I am not working with her anymore”. Him being a producer, it’s his movie, so she’s off the movie.’

The source added that all scenes filmed with Thandiwe will now have to be reshot with Salma while the film’s director Steven Soderbergh reportedly didn’t take a side in the argument.

A spokesperson for Thandiwe told MailOnline: ‘This report is completely inaccurate.’
