How much reality stars are earning for spruiking meal-delivery services

Easy money! The Bachelorette’s Jamie Doran reveals how much reality stars REALLY earn for spruiking meal-delivery services on Instagram

He was recently released from his contract with Warner Bros. after starring in back-to-back seasons of The Bachelorette and Bachelor in Paradise.

And Jamie Doran certainly seems to have a lot say.

The FIFO worker, 40, broke the unwritten rule of ‘influencing’ this week by revealing how much reality stars are paid for sponsored Instagram posts.

Fessing up: Jamie Doran (left), 41, was recently released from a media ban after appearing on The Bachelorette and vying for Angie Kent’s (right) heart. And it appears he is making good use of his new found freedom, by sharing how much stars can earn for sponsored posts on online

In response to a shout-out from the Bachie Funny Instagram, Jamie revealed how much influencers get to promote meal-delivery services like HelloFresh.

He said HelloFresh pays about $2,500 for two to three Instagram Stories, and that he personally gets free food from Chefgood for just ‘one Story per week’.

Bachie Funny’s administrator, Joshua Fox, added that influencers either sign ‘one-off deal’ with the meal-delivery service or have a longer-term agreement.

Being honest: Responding to a call out from the Bachie Funny Instagram, Jamie revealed celebrities can earn thousands of dollars for a couple of Stories on their account. 'I've heard Hello Fresh is $2,500 for 2-3 stories,' he explained on Thursday

If a reality star opts for something long-term, which includes a regular stream of posts and Stories, they can earn about $2,000 a month.

One-off deals, which usually consist of a main page post and at least five Stories across a set amount of time, usually pay up to $800.

But this fee can grow to $1,400 if an influencer is fresh off a reality show because they’re at ‘peak relevance with maximum engagement’.

'My deal with Chefgood is I get free food for one story per week. P.S. you don't have to keep me anonymous,' Jamie added

Revealing the truth: The fan account added celebrities had the choice of either having 'an ongoing thing', where they are required to share a clip of them cooking to their Instagram Stories each week, or they can have a 'one off deal'

It comes after Bachelorette winner Frazer Neate promoted HelloFresh in a rather awkward sponsored post on Instagram on Tuesday.

‘I’ve just finished my order tonight so it comes ready for the weekend,’ Frazer, 28, said in a stilted voiceover while scrolling through the HelloFresh website.

‘In my box I have Nan’s chicken and pesto dressing, Caribbean beef chilli with coconut rice and tomato mint salsa, baked chorizo…

‘If you guys want to use my discount code, it’s Frazer90. Just use the swipe-up link and hopefully you guys enjoy the meals as much as I do.’
