Melbourne mum-of-two, Chantel Mila, has three go-to techniques to keep dust levels low at all times

A busy mum who is known for her cleaning prowess on Instagram has revealed exactly how she reduces the amount of dust around her house.

Melbourne mum-of-two, Chantel Mila, has three go-to techniques to keep dust levels low at all times.

The Mama Mila Instagrammer said she always lines the top of her cupboards with newspaper, so she can avoid build-up in the hard-to-reach areas.

In her video she can be seen replacing the paper – something she does regularly and is much easier than vacuuming, dusting or scrubbing the surfaces.

The busy mum also uses eucalyptus oil in her washing – this helps to get rid of dust mites which end up creating more dust.
