A 74-year-old is making waves online with modelling youthful looks and not caring whether she is dressing ‘ her age.’
Colleen Heidemann, from Los Angeles, became a model aged 69, and counts more than 319,000 followers on TikTok, where she shares a glimpse into her wardrobes, which consists of short skirts, ripped jeans and 12-inch heels.
In spite of being told to pick outfits that are more appropriate for her age, Coleen loves to delight her fans with daring looks flashing skin and in keeping with the current trends.
In a viral video, she’s addressed her critics, saying she can ‘dress her age however [she] wants’ and that she won’t be ‘invisible.’

In the clip, which was watched by thousands, Coleen is rocking a mini dress with thigh high leather boots, and a black leather jacket.
A voice over is heard saying: ‘Don’t let them define you. We are strong. We are no invisible. I dress my age however I want.’
As the video plays out, the 74-year-old is seen strutting her stuff down the street, sporting a confident grin.
Coleen loves to showcase her outfits, often accompanying her videos with hashtags such as ‘#styleover70’ and ‘ifnotnowwhen’ to drive home the point she is free to wear whatever she wants.
Colleen is not afraid to show some midriff and to showcase her long legs in mini-dresses like the ones she wears on her photoshoots
In another clip, she can be seen wearing an off shoulder top flashing some skin and ripped jeans, while another clip shows her in a mini dress with a midriff cut out and plunging neckline highlighting her long legs.
She also captioned one of her other videos: ‘Who says a 74 year old woman can not be dressed in a strong outfit!!’
The model was signed age 69 by Next Management in Los Angeles and sometimes shares a glimpses of the glamorous photoshoots she works on with her followers.
Her fans love to shower the elderly model with praise, with many saying they hope to look like her when they are in their 70s.
‘You are stunning and quite obviously AGELESS,’ one said.
‘We are not invisible,’ one wrote, repeating the words shared in Coleen’s voiceover.
‘You always look fabulous! I love this post because I get told to dress my age a lot. I’m 60, dressing my age is whatever I pull out of my closet,’ another said.
‘You inspire me! Gonna be 60 in June and I refuse to “dress my age”, whatever that means when people say that. You’re amazing,’ another wrote.
‘I love it that you’re enjoying life. You look good. Ignore any negativity. There’s only envious. Old is a state of mind,’ one said.

People have complimented the 74-year-old on her looks, with many other women past 60 saying they don’t like to be told to dress their age either
