All four bedrooms are king-sized, with the downstairs master boasting a hotel-inspired ensuite, a dressing room and the original timber herringbone ceiling which was painstakingly preserved in the building works.

The renovation has brilliantly blended historic character and contemporary charm, with state-of-the-art installations built into the heritage-listed features of the house.

The kitchen is kitted out with a walk-in pantry and a range of premium European appliances, as well as the custom wine cellar that’s sure to impress guests.

The house has multiple sunlit living spaces illuminated by clerestory windows, an architectural technique dating back to the temples of ancient Egypt that positions rows of windows above eye level to flood the interior with light, making the space feel bright, airy and considerably larger than its actual floor size.
