Jenna Dewan shows off her abs in  sports bra and leggings while out and about in LA

Jenna Dewan is the mother of a seven-year-old girl with ex-husband Channing Tatum and a 10-month-old baby boy with fiancé Steve Kazee.

And on Wednesday she showed off all the hard work she’s been putting in to regain her rock-sold figure since giving birth last March.

The actress, dancer and author had no problem flaunting her tight abs in a sporty ensemble when she dropped off her daughter with a nanny.

Dewan, 40, was spotted just as she stepped out of her SUV and walked her daughter Everly to her nanny.

She appeared to be in workout mode in tan leggings, a matching sports bra and white sneakers.

The Connecticut native covered up for the ride over in a cream-colored sweater that came down to just above the knees.

And in keeping with her casual look, she pulled her long brown tresses back into a ponytail.

By the late morning on the West Coast, Dewan had one of those truly memorable moments with her daughter Everly when they talked about the significance of Joe Biden being sworn-in as the 46th President of the United States alongside Kamala Harris as his vice-president.

‘A historic first…!! Watching this with Evie and being able to explain to her the magnitude of Kamala being out first woman Vice President will be one of my most cherished moments,’ she shared on her Insta-Story along with a photo of the new VP.

Later in the afternoon, during a casual stroll, Everly’s enthusiasm over seeing the first female VP take the oath of office actually gave her mother hope that the U.S. may be able heal just enough to get through the current political strife and solve the COVID-19 crisis. 

‘Having a mother daughter walk after school, hearing all her thoughts, excitement and pride at seeing “the nice man Biden” speak at the inauguration and have a woman Vice President which is “big time girl power” made me realize what an incredible moment this was for all of us to witness,’ Dewan captioned a photo of her mother and daughter sharing a big hug.

‘The division is still very real, but today i felt hopeful we might all recommit and come together as the UNITED states again.’    

Dewan and Kazee started dating in October 2018, about four months after she and Tatum confirmed their split after more than eight years of marriage. They announced their engagement in February 2020.
