Jennifer Garner and Zoe Saldana and join Ryan Reynolds in The Adam Project action-adventure movie for Netflix
Ryan Reynolds is getting some company in the cast of his new Netflix movie The Adam Project, with Jennifer Garner and Zoe Saldana coming aboard to star.
The project will also be produced by Reynolds through his production company Maximum Effort, and will be part of a new diversity initiative.
The Adam Project will be the first movie produced through Reynolds’ self-financed The Group Effort Initiative, that aims to give people of color a chance to work on his projects.

While no official plot details have been released, the project is said to follow Reynolds’ character and his use of time travel.
His character is said to go back in time to reunite with a younger version of himself to solve a mystery.

Reynolds is re-teaming with his Free Guy director Shawn Levy, who will direct The Adam Project and produce through his 21 Laps production company.
Reynolds and Levy will produce alongside David Ellison’s Skydance Productions company.
Executive producers include Dan Levine and Dan Cohen for 21 Laps, George Dewey and Patrick Gooing for Reynolds’ Maximum Effort, plus Mary McLaglen, Josh McLaglen, Mark Levin and Jennifer Flackett.
