Jennifer Garner sports an adorable bowl cut as she practices yoga in childhood snap: ‘A little namaste for your flashback Friday’

Jennifer Garner posted a throwback photo to her Instagram on Friday and she couldn’t be cuter.

The 48-year-old actress shared an image of herself as a youngster, posing with her hands together and sporting an adorable fringe bowl cut. 

She captioned the snap: ‘A little namaste for your Flashback Friday.’

In the photo, Jennifer wore a white short-sleeved top with a ruffles and light pink shorts. She smiled widely as she stood on a gymnastics mat in a fighting stance with her knees slightly bent. 

The endearing snap was taken outdoors with the 13 Going on 30 star standing on wood balcony in front of a background of trees.

The charming post was an instant hit with some of her 10.7 million followers. Instagram user @bigbettychadwick commented ‘Omg! You look exactly the same!!! Timeless beauty! namaste.’

Many remarked on the actress’s mushroom cut with designer Brooke Gianetti posting, ‘I think we must have  had the same hair stylist back then…namaste.’

Meanwhile, Garner has been keeping busy during the coronavirus pandemic. Last month, she appeared at the 2021 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards to team up with Vice President Kamala Harris for the presentation of the Generation Change Award.

She also starred as Alison in the Netflix comedy/drama film Yes Day which was released on the streaming platform on March 21.

And the mother of three recently opened up to People magazine about co-parenting over the last year during the pandemic.

‘I’ve learned that I’m pretty sturdy,’ Jennifer said. ‘I’m okay when I’m in the house by myself. I’m okay when it’s just the kids and me. I’m okay when they fall apart. I mean I have my moments, but pretty much, I’m really okay.’

The big screen beauty shares daughters Violet, 15, and Seraphina, 12, and son Samuel, nine, with her ex-husband Ben Affleck.  The former couple divorced in 2018 and Jennifer said she’s in no hurry to get married again anytime soon.

‘I don’t know. I’m so far from it,’ she told People. ‘And I don’t know that marriage would need to be a part… I mean I definitely don’t think that I’ll be single forever. But this is not the time. I don’t need to complicate it; I’m good.’

Raised in West Virginia, the actress skyrocketed to fame when she starred in the hit TV show Alias.  

She said while she has been enjoying time with her family, she’s looking forward to getting back to work ‘I love being home with [my kids], and I’ve been so lucky to have the flexibility to be home a lot.’ 

‘But I miss the days of going on location and will be excited to just be like, “Yeah, you want me in North Carolina? You want me in Budapest? You want me in Paris? Yes! I can do all those things.” I feel like I’ll zip around a little.’ 

Jennifer will next be seen in  the upcoming science fiction film, The Adam Project.
