Country singer Jimmie Allen slams ‘lazy doctors’ who sent his one-month-old daughter Zara home… only for her to STOP BREATHING soon after

  • Jimmie Allen, 36, revealed Tuesday that his daughter suffered a health scare
  • The singer said one-month-old Zara ‘stopped breathing’ before resuscitation
  • He called out ‘lazy doctors’ in Tennessee who discharged her prior to the crisis
  • Allen and his wife Alexis Gale, 25, also have a sick one-year-old daughter

The country music singe Jimmie Allen is setting his sights on a group of ‘lazy doctors’ that he alleges did not provide his daughter Zara with the medical care she needed.

The 36-year-old singer–songwriter claimed Tuesday on social media that his one-month-old child was discharged by doctors after she was ‘having a hard time breathing,’ and she subsequently ‘stopped breathing’ during a medical emergency.

Luckily, the daughter he shares with his wife Alexis Gale was revived by EMTs, though he worried about the ‘rough night’ ahead for the family.

‘Attention Doctors, if the parent of your one month old patient tells you the child having a hard time breathing and the only thing your lazy self wants to do is check heart rate and temperature send them home, find another career,’ he wrote in his Instagram Stories and on Twitter.

‘Your jobs is to save lives so do it.’

He added: ‘Now thanks to the lazy doctors at a hospital in TN that just sent our daughter home, our daughter Zara lost color stopped breathing and is being rushed to another hospital.’

Allen concluded his post by thanking the ‘amazing EMT team that brought back Zara’s color’ so that she was able to breathe again.

‘Gonna be a rough night,’ he concluded.

Allen’s wife Alexis revealed earlier in the week that the couple’s one-year-old daughter Naomi was also sick, though she didn’t provide details about what the children were afflicted with.

‘Two sick babies. One exhausted mama,’ the 25-year-old captioned a picture of Zara lying on her stomach next to her older sister.

Alexis, who is a nurse, shared her own fiery words for the medical professionals she thought had failed her daughter in a since-disappeared Insta Stories post.

‘Turned away by hospital yesterday AM Ambulance at 2AM,’ she complained. ‘Basically if your child isn’t blue at the lips they will not have answers for you. That’s been my last 24 hours.’

She added: ‘Not one doctor has taken the time to actually listen and make sure she’s really okay — 10 min in and outs. What this nurse mama is seeing/hearing is so frightening.’

She concluded by thanking her followers for their ‘kind words and for thinking of us during this time,’ and she said she hoped to get ‘more answers’ about Zara’s condition soon.

Jimmie and Alexis announced that she had given birth to Zara back in October, while the singer was still competing on Dancing With The Stars, on which he eventually came in seventh place.

The couple announced they were expecting a baby girl back in June, just a week after their May wedding.

The couple had originally envisioned wedding in 2020, though the ongoing coronavirus pandemic delayed their plans.

They welcomed their first child, Naomi, in March of 2020.

Jimmie also has another son, seven-year-old Aadyn, from a previous relationship.
