Kylie Jenner and Amelia Hamlin send prayers to makeup artist Samuel Rauda

Kylie Jenner and Amelia Hamlin’s makeup artist Samuel Rauda underwent emergency brain surgery after a car accident.

Amelia reposted a friend of Samuel’s explaining what happened to him.

The friend, with the Instagram handle @itslademi wrote: ‘This weekend @makeupbysamuel went into brain surgery and is still in the hospital on a road towards a very long recovery.’

She added: ‘An awful accident happened & he flew off a moving vehicle crushing his head into the pavement, suffering from internal bleeding and 8 different injuries to his brain.’ 

‘The surgery went well and now we are all just waiting for when Sam wakes.’ 

‘During this time I ask you to join in and help Same & his family with the overwhelming medical expenses. His family has started a go-fund-me, so if you can… anything helps and adds up.’

Adding: ‘Please keep Sam in your prayers and thoughts, he is the most talented and charismatic person I’ve yet to know. I can’t wait to give him a hug and tell him how much he is loved.’  

Amelia wrote in the repost: ‘My heart is breaking. may god protect your beautiful soul. You are in our prayers. Let us pray for a speedy recovery.

 The Go Fund Me has raised $47,139 for his care with a goal of $60,000.

Kylie wrote: ‘May God watch over you and protect you @makeupbysamuel everyone take a moment to say a prayer for Sam who got into an accident this past weekend. And swipe up to visit his families go fund me.’ 

The Go Fund Me gave further detail, that his surgery took place on Sunday, March 14.

They added: ‘Anyone who knows Samuel can say he is the most loving and kind person you could ever meet!’ He has a big heart and doesn’t hesitate to help someone in need.’

‘When you are having a rough day, he certainly knows how to make you laugh and turn that frown upside down. At this moment he needs our support and prayers more than ever.’
