Liverpool are CENSORING European Super League criticism

Liverpool are CENSORING European Super League criticism: ‘Furious’ Jurgen Klopp’s comments criticising the Dirty Dozen’s plot are EXCLUDED from club website’s usual press conference transcript… with just three answers included from 12-minute Q&A

Premier League champions Liverpool are seemingly ignoring any criticism aimed at them for their role in the highly controversial European Super League.

The Reds and the rest of the so-called Big Six of the Premier League have faced a furious backlash after the unveiling of proposals for a breakaway tournament on Sunday.

There were protests outside grounds around the country on Monday at the scheme put forward by Liverpool, Manchester United, Manchester City, Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham together with six leading Spanish and Italian clubs.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp hit out at the plans by his owners before and after Monday night’s draw with Leeds, yet there is no mention of his comments on the club’s official website.

The German’s usual press conference transcript is notably missing his answers on the Super League, with just three responses shamefully included from his 12-minute Q&A at Elland Road.

According to The Athletic, Klopp is said to be ‘furious’ at the situation Fenway Sports Group has put him in and the lack of communication before the proposals were made public.
