Liverpool have joined the queue of clubs lining up to sign Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland.
The Norwegian has picked up where he left off last season, scoring a remarkable 11 goals in his first seven games in all competitions.
The striker has been one of the hottest properties in European football since taking the Champions League by storm with RB Salzburg in 2019 before joining Dortmund.

Dortmund managed to keep hold of him this summer despite interest from Barcelona, Real Madrid and Chelsea, although the European champions look to have ended their interest in the striker after signing Romelu Lukaku.
But now Liverpool have joined the race for the 21-year-old, according to a report in Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo.
The report says Haaland is soon to become an even more attractive prospect for interested clubs, with his release clause dropping to 90 million euros (£77m) at the end of next June.
And Dortmund know they will face a tough task in keeping hold of the Norway hitman next year, although they are not entirely ruling out Haaland extending his stay there.

“Of course it will be difficult. I am not saying, however, that it is completely out of the question,” the Bundesliga side’s CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke told newspaper Welt am Sonntag.
“We’ll do everything we can to keep our top players loyal to us in the future.”
Haaland made his name by scoring 29 goals in 27 games for RB Salzburg and spoke to Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer before moving to Dortmund in January 2020.
His prolific form has continued since moving to Germany, scoring 68 times in 67 games in all competitions.
He has also proved himself on the international stage, plundering 12 goals in 15 caps for Norway.
