While she doesn’t have to worry about going back to school, thanks to her mom, Olivia Jade spent her Thursday getting tea with her boyfriend Jackson Guthy.
The 20 year old internet personality was spotted leaving Cha Cha Matcha in West Hollywood with her 23 year old boyfriend.
They were spotted getting into the singer/songwriter’s white Audi R8 convertible after meeting friends at the iced tea hotspot.

Jade was spotted out with a black Shadow Hill hoodie with matching black sweats and white shoes.
She had her hair tied back as she left the tea house, with black sunglasses as she carried a bottled beverage to her car.
She was seen with a brown purse dangling from her right arm as she walked to her boyfriend’s vehicle.

Jade made headlines just before Christmas by returning to her YouTube channel with her first makeup tutorial video since the college admissions scandal she’s become embroiled in.
Her mother, Lori Loughlin, was one of 53 people charged in a criminal conspiracy for paying exorbitant amounts of money to ensure their kids got into elite colleges.
Loughlin allegedly paid $500,000 to Rick Singer’s Key Worldwide Foundation, who made it appear that Jade and Loughlin’s other daughter were to be part of the USC rowing team, to grant them priority admission.

Jade reportedly posed for a photo next to an ergometer rowing machine which was used in her application to USC.
The $500,000 that Loughlin and her husband and Jade’s father, fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli, paid went to bribe a coach to designate Jade and her sister as rowing prospects so they would get priority admission.
She also made headlines by stating before attending USC that she wanted, ‘the experience of like game days, partying … I don’t really care about school, as you guys all know.’

After the scandal broke, USC confirmed that Jade and her sister were still enrolled, though she lost her makeup partnership with Sephora and TRESemme ended their sales partnership.
USC confirmed in October 2019 that neither Jade nor her sister were enrolled at the university, though they did not confirm if they were expelled or not.
Jade and Guthy have been dating off and on for several months, though they split when the scandal broke.
