However, the beauty was quick to ensure her fans that she would be fine and informed them that it’s OK to have bad days sometimes.

She continued: ‘But, I’ll be OK as always. I just think sometimes it’s good to feel this way. Not everyday is a good day.’

Malin’s post comes after she discussed how her eating disorder had taken over her life in a poignant Instagram post last week.

Alongside an image from her days as a flight attendant, Malin penned: ‘I wasn’t born here, on this earth to starve.

‘My mum didn’t carry me for 9 months to watch her daughter fight an eating disorder for 8 years. The pain in her eyes when I told her I had been spewing my food wasn’t worth being skinny.

‘But it was. At that very moment, I didn’t care who I hurt. I didn’t care about hurting my body. I just wanted to be thin.’

Malin went on to reveal how her disorder impacted her life and career, explaining that she would often faint during her job as a flight attendant.

The reality star went on to urge her followers to reach out if they are suffering, as she explained ‘that’s the first step to freedom’.
