Margot Robbie may be known for her acting prowess, but the Australian superstar is becoming quite the property mogul.

The former Neighbours star, 30, has listed her stylish LA bungalow on the market for  almost 1.6million (USD $1.2 million), three years after purchasing it for $1.2million (USD $950,000).

Tucked away in LA’s exclusive Hollywood Hills, the charming 1950s home features an indoor-outdoor aesthetic, with two bedrooms, one bathroom and a central courtyard.

Hoping to make a profit! Margot Robbie, 30, has listed her stylish LA bungalow for $1.6million (USD $1.2 million), three years after purchasing it for $1.2million (USD $950,000)

It boasts a formal dining room and open kitchen with top of the line appliances, and is positioned on top of a two-car garage.

However, the jewel in the crown of this tranquil home is a tiered terrace in the backyard, which leads to a stunning view of the Hollywood Hillside.

Margot, who was named one of Forbes’ highest-paid actors last year, has overseen extensive renovations since purchasing the pad from Oscar-winning filmmaker Dustin Lance Black in early 2018.

The actress reportedly refinished the hardwood floors, renovated the kitchen and repainted the entire building.

Margot and her English film producer husband Tom Ackerley likely never lived in the bungalow however, as it was available for rent not long after they purchased it.

The young couple, who split their time between the US and the UK, own at least two other properties in Los Angeles.

In 2007 they purchased a $3.6m (USD $2.7) home in the Hancock Park neighbourhood, and then in 2019 they splashed $6.6m (USD $5m) on a gated Venice Beach compound.

Margot and Tom have been married since 2016, after first meeting in 2013 on set of World War II drama Suite Française in France.

The pair went on to become roommates, with a group of other friends, as they lived together in a property in London.
