Married At First Sight’s Jessika Power says she feels ‘sick’ remembering how ‘self-centered and self-consumed’ she was on the show

Jessika Power has looked back on her time on Married At First Sight and she doesn’t like what she sees.

On Monday, the 29-year-old posted a series of photos and videos of herself at the show’s recent reunion, and lamented about her behaviour.

She wrote in a caption:  ‘I was just looking through my camera roll and found these little ‘memory moments’ when I watched my season back it made me sick with emotion to see how self-centered and self-consumed I was.

Wiping away her tears, Jessika continued: ‘You should never feel worried about anything like that, you should never feel threatened by a man or woman.

‘It’s not okay. Even if it’s not physical, it’s mental, it’s psychological, it damages people.’
