Seb Guilhaus hasn’t wasted any time refurnishing following his recent split from girlfriend Elizabeth Sobinoff.
A little over a week after announcing the breakup, the 31-year-old Married At First Sight alum showed off his new ‘wellness cave’.
Seb shared a photo of the space – which looks suspiciously like a ‘man cave’ – on Instagram Stories on Wednesday.

His ‘SG Wellness’ company logo is prominent on the wall, and there’s an exercise mat rolled out on the floor in front of a set of white shelves.
There’s also a white coffee table, potted plants, dumbbells, red sofa and light stands, presumably for the fitness trainer to film his exercise videos.
‘Love my new wellness cave,’ he captioned the post, adding red love heart and flexing arm emojis.

Seb moved back to Adelaide earlier this month after recently relocating to Sydney to live with Lizzie, 29.
Meanwhile, Lizzie is believed to have moved back in with her parents in Newcastle following the split.

The couple, who met on last year’s season of Married At First Sight, made the shock announcement with a carefully worded statement on their respective Instagrams.
‘We have mutually decided to end our relationship as boyfriend and girlfriend. We want to thank everyone for the endless support we have received on our platforms,’ they announced.
‘Please be kind and respectful. We are aware you have followed parts of our journey, but please remember we are real people, and we are both navigating our way through this time to the best of our abilities.
