Michelle Bridges flaunts her slender frame after enjoying a cocktail-filled lunch with pals

She’s the former Biggest Loser trainer who has successfully built her own fitness empire.

But Michelle Bridges was spotted enjoying a well-deserved day off on Saturday, as she went out for brunch with her pals in Sydney’s Potts Point.

The beaming 51-year-old flaunted her slender frame in a stunning summer ensemble as she emerged from the restaurant with her friends by her side.

Michelle, who is happily single after her split from Steve ‘Commando’ Willis last year, oozed confidence in the floral dress which cinched in at her waist beautifully.

She wore just enough makeup to enhance her striking features, while leaving her hair loose in a casual wave.

She later slipped a long-sleeved jacket on top of her outfit, which she teamed with a pair of white sneakers.

The brunette glamazon appeared to be in high spirits as she linked arms with her male friend during the outing, as the giggling pair headed to their next destination.

Earlier on, Michelle was spotted enjoying what looked like a margarita with a thin lime wedge as she sat down to converse with her pals in the venue.

Also spotted at the restaurant was Michelle’s Celebrity Apprentice co-star Anthony Callea, who looked stylish in a black-and-white fur coat and oversized sunglasses.

Michelle has created a multimillion dollar fitness empire, including her own range of books, activewear, exercise equipment and even her own fitness program.

Back in July, Michelle revealed she’s still happily single after her split from Steve ‘Commando’ Willis in January 2020 after seven years of dating.

The Celebrity Apprentice star told Woman’s Day she is ‘more than content’ being on her own and focusing on her son, Axel, five.

‘He is the only man in my life,’ she said. ‘Without question. I love him to pieces.’

Steve is now in a relationship with F45 trainer Harika Vancuylenberg.
