Heartwarming videos and photos show the moment when a one-year-old girl was rescued and reunited with her parents in Florida after the SUV she was sleeping in was stolen on Tuesday.

Soon after, the department released videos of the man they believed was responsible for stealing the vehicle and for kidnapping the child.

‘I know we don’t want to wake up our children when they are sleeping, we want them to rest, but don’t leave your car running. Never leave your car running.’ 

And while the girl’s parents were ecstatic for the positive reunion, Tinnley’s father had a bold declaration to the suspect.
