  • Footage shows Quinn jumping on Harley’s back before leaping over the gate

This is the moment two dogs combined to allow the escape of a puppy from behind a safety gate.

Jessica Fetterly was at her mother’s home in Brick Township in New Jersey on May 9 when she was determined to find out how the dogs, Harley and Quinn, are able to foil the gate.

The family had fitted a baby gate in the hallway of their home to prevent the dogs from having the run of the entire house.

However, when Harley, the older dog walked up to the side of the gate, Quinn, a three-month-old puppy, was able to jump on the older dog’s back and over the gate.

Fetterly uploaded the video on TikTok on May 9.

She wrote: ‘So my parents have been trying to figure out how the puppy has been getting past the gate.’

She described Quinn’s action as Parkour, a poplar activity also known as free running.
