Nicole Kidman wishes her The Undoing co-star Hugh Grant a very happy birthday on social media

Nicole Kidman took some time out of her Wednesday to wish a very happy birthday to her on-screen husband, Hugh Grant.

Grant turns 60 years old today, with Kidman, 53, taking to her Instagram story to share a behind-the-scenes photo from their new mini-series The Undoing.

‘Happy birthday to my on-screen husband in #TheUndoing #HughGrant,’ Kidman captioned the snap, which showed them walking across a bridge together.

Kidman was wearing a colorful green dress while strolling next to Grant in the throwback pic from the set of The Undoing.

Grant was all smiles in a dark blue button down shirt and dark blue jeans while holding his phone as he strolled alongside his son-screen wife.

The Undoing is based on the 2014 novel 2014 novel You Should Have Known by Jean Hanff Korelitz, which reunites Kidman with her Big Little Lies creator David E. Kelley.

The Undoing follows Grace (Kidman) and Jonathan Fraser (Grant), who are living the only lives they ever wanted for themselves. 

Their peaceful world comes crashing down with a violent death and a chain of terrible revelations. 

Left behind in the wake of a spreading and very public disaster and horrified by the ways in which she has failed to heed her own advice, Grace must dismantle one life and create another for her child and her family.

The six-episode limited series also stars Edgar Ramirez as Detective Joe Mendoza, Noah Jupe as Henry Fraser, Jonathan and Grace’s precocious and artistic 12-year-old son and Lily Rabe as Sylvia Steinetz

The cast also includes Noma Dumezweni as Haley Fitzgerald, Sofie Gråbøl as Catherine Stamper, Matilda De Angelis as Elena Alves, Ismael Cruz Córdova as Fernando Alves and Donald Sutherland as Franklin Reinhardt, Grace’s father, a retired financier and loving grandfather who is tasked with protecting his family when turbulent revelations come to light. 

The six-episode limited series was written by David E. Kelley and directed by Susanne Bier, which debuts October 25 on HBO.

Grant most recently starred in director Guy Ritchie’s crime-thriller The Gentlemen, alongside Matthew McConaughey and Charlie Hunnam.

Kidman is coming off Bombshell and The Goldfinch last year, along with the second season of HBO’s Big Little Lies. 

She’ll next be seen as Angie Dickinson in Ryan Murphy’s upcoming musical The Prom, and she’ll next be seen in the film The Northman and the mini-series Nine Perfect Strangers.
