Nina Agdal shows off her workout regime in tiny crop top and shorts

Sports Illustrated model Nina Agdal showed off her intense workout method when she took to Instagram on Thursday. 

The 28-year-old donned a black crop top and baggy orange shorts as she showed her followers what exercises she does at home while in lockdown. 

Standing in front of her home in the sunshine, the Danish beauty wore ankle weights to get the most out of her workout. 

She also shielded out the sun wearing a pink baseball cap. 

Promoting her well-being app, she wrote: ‘Sculpt, tone and run with me — link in bio. @theagdalmethod.

She then wrote: Happiness in movement, fulfillment in nourishment, practice mindfulness and self-love. Here to support you in finding your best YOU.’

Nina is currently holed up with her boyfriend Jack Brinkley-Cook, who she has been dating for three years now.  

She recently shared a video of Jack coming to join her for a workout, but they ended up making out instead. 

‘Only person I’ll let past the fist bump phase,’ Nina captioned the cute vid, alongside a with an arrow through it.

Jack, 24, is the son of supermodel Christie Brinkley and her ex-husband Richard Taubman. 

Nina has been dating Christie’s son Jack since 2017, not long after her split from Leonardo DiCaprio. 

But Nina actually knew his mom Christie before Jack, after the pair modeled for the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. 

‘They get along great,’ Jack told the New York Post earlier this year.

Speaking of Nina, Jack told the publication: ‘I thought she was very beautiful and then when I got to know her, she is as incredibly nice and cool, as well.’
