Olivia Newton-John and John Travolta have reunited in their iconic Grease costumes for the first time since they appeared in the 1978 musical movie.
The actress, 71, took to Instagram to share a snap of the pair in their iconic looks, ahead of the Meet n’ Grease movie sing-a-long event in Florida.
The Australian actress captioned the post: ‘First time in costume since we made the movie! So excited!’ as she reunited with her icon co-star, 65.

The pair, who play Danny Zuko and Sandy Olsson in the film, looked just like they did over 40 years ago.
Olivia appeared in a pleated yellow skirt and cardigan with a white shirt underneath, mirroring one of her standout looks from the film.
John opted for a classic all black ensemble and wore the iconic leather jacket he dons in the movie, complete with the ‘T birds’ emblazoned across the back.
The actor, who recently adopted a clean shaven look, also appeared to opt for a hair piece to recreate Danny Zuko’s black coif.

Later, the pair walked out on stage to an excited crowd, and Olivia showcased her costume change into her ‘sexy’ Sandy look.
Clad in a leather jacket, the actress donned a pair of form-fitting leather leggings and a complementing silk camisole.
Olivia appeared in jovial spirits as she spoke into the microphone and hyped up the audience.
The three-day stage event, which takes place at the MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre, also brings back the T-Birds – Doody played by Barry Pearl, Sonny played by Michael Tucci and Putzie played by Kelly Ward.

Audiences joined the cast and and director Randal Kleiser for a question and answer session prior to a sing-a-long screening of the film.
Before his appearance, John was promoting the event on his Instagram and showing off some of the original props from the film.
‘The original 1948 Ford De Luxe convertible that you might just remember as #greasedlightning,’ he captioned one video.
It comes after an anonymous buyer recently returned Olivia’s classic leather jacket from the film.

According to Reuters upon returning jacket the buyer decided to instead donate the $243,000 winning bid to the star’s cancer treatment centre.
After meeting the Grease star, the man was said to have wished Olivia well battling breast cancer for the third time.
Olivia was blown away by the gesture, and said she will keep her iconic jacket at her Melbourne cancer centre.
