PK and Mauricio have found plenty of time to bond over the last five years while their wives dished up drama on Bravo’s RHOBH.

According to sources, the pair decided to take their great friendship into the business realm by working together to expand Mauricio’s The Agency to London.

Umansky founded the real estate empire in 2011 and over the last decade has grown it into a global success with 650 brokers.

London, a key real estate market, is PK’s hometown and the entrepreneur knows the ins and outs of the city extremely well having previously owned buildings such as the Ned Hotel and the Burberry Building.

Prior to the 2008 global recession, PK had a thriving real estate firm and, sources say, he’s thrilled to go back to the UK and return to the business he loves.

According to sources, PK is looking to hire ‘a very diversified team’ and is particularly ‘keen on a significant percentage of female agents.’

Insiders say the move comes at a ‘great time in his life’ and that the real estate moguls turned reality stars are ‘going to have a lot of fun’ with the new branch.

Fans of Kemsley and Umansky will be privy to an up close and personal view of their expansion across the pond as sources confirm that the duo will be filming their every move for a new reality series.

The show will focus on The Agency’s high end real estate deals in London and ‘many networks’ currently vying for the rights to the show.

Filming a reality show is certainly something both men are comfortable with as they’ve been featured for years on the RHOBH alongside their wives.

Kyle Richards has starred on the Bravo franchise located in the 90210 since its inception in 2010. She remains the only original cast member still on the series.

Richards and Umansky have been married since 1996 and they share three daughters together, Alexia, 24, Sophia, 21 and Portia, 13. Kyle is also mom to Farrah, 32, from her previous marriage.

Dorit Kemsley joined the cast in season seven and has been a fiery addition to the show. She married PK in 2015 and the duo have two young children, five-year-old daughter Phoenix and seven-year-old son Jagger.

The Umanskys and Kemsleys, who both reside in Encino, are gearing up for a new season of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills which returns with new episodes in May.

Season 11 will see a cast shakeup with Teddi Mellencamp and Denise Richards not returning, former friend of the Housewives Sutton Stracke becoming a full time cast member and newcomer Crystal Minkoff.

This season is expected to focus heavily on Erika Jayne’s divorce from her husband Tom Girardi
