Pizza Hut has announced it will give away 285,000 free pizzas that’s enough to span the size of 877 tennis courts.

From 4pm on Friday, July 23 until Sunday, August 8, the pizza chain will treat customers to free pizzas every time Australia wins a medal at the Tokyo Olympics.

To redeem a free pizza, customers are required to head to the website from 4pm each day to get their voucher – and the offer is only available on a first-in-best-dressed basis.

For every gold medal, the store has vowed to give away 1,000 pizzas, silver lands you on 500 freebies while bronze offers 200. 

To kick off the sporting event, there will be 5,000 pizzas up for grabs just in time for the opening ceremony and another 5,000 to wrap up the closing ceremony.

But wait, there’s more. During the Games, the store will give away a bonus 1,000 free pizzas at 4pm every day for the next 17 days.

Australia will compete in more than 30 different sports, including swimming, basketball, beach volleyball, football, gymnastics, hockey, tennis and weightlifting.
