Police are hunting for 15-year-old girl who vanished on her way to the shops three days ago
- Chantel Ward was seen leaving her home in West Bromwich at 6pm last Friday
- The teenager had said she was going to nearby shop but did not come back
- She was last seen wearing jeans, blue and white sweater, and black trainers
- Police believe she could be in Birmingham and say family are ‘extremely worried’
Police have launched a desperate search for a 15-year-old girl who vanished on her way to a shop three days ago.
Chantel Ward was last seen leaving her home in West Bromwich, West Midlands, at 6pm last Friday.
The teenager said she was going to a nearby shop at around 6pm but didn’t come back.
West Midlands Police believe she could be in Birmingham and urged anyone with information to come forward.
A spokesman for the force said: ‘Her family are extremely worried about her and we need to find her as soon as possible.’
Chantel is described as 5ft tall and slim with long, ginger hair.
She was last seen wearing blue jeans, a sky blue and white sweater, and black Nike trainers.
