Pregnant Today Extra host Sylvia Jeffreys is spotted picking up some groceries in Sydney

Sylvia Jeffreys took some much-needed time out for herself in Sydney on Tuesday.

The 34-year-old Today Extra host was spotted picking up some groceries after getting a manicure and pedicure.

Dressed in all black, the pregnant star showed off her burgeoning baby bump.

Sylvia stepped out in a ribbed pencil skirt, which hugged her tummy, and a plain T-shirt knotted at the waist.

She also wore a pair of comfortable black and white patterned Birkenstock slip-on sandals and carried a tan-coloured Gucci monogram tote bag on one shoulder.

Her shoulder-length blonde hair was worn straight and loose, and she accentuated her gorgeous pregnancy glow by wearing natural-looking makeup. 

Pushing a shopping trolley, Sylvia left the supermarket, bringing her own environmentally friendly freezer bag for her groceries.

Also on Tuesday, Sylvia celebrated her son, Oscar, turning 10 months old.

Sylvia shared a sweet photo of herself cuddling her little boy, whom she shares with her husband of three years, Peter Stefanovic, on Instagram Stories as he grinned at the camera.

She also revealed she was just over the halfway mark in her pregnancy, sharing a mirror selfie of her emerging baby bump.

‘And we’re over half way to baby #2,’ she wrote.

Sylvia announced she’s expecting another boy on Instagram in October, revealing she’s due in April.
