A royally arty affair! Princess Beatrice wears a recycled Zara blazer as she and her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi join the Queen’s cousin Lady Helen Taylor and her daughter Estella at fair in London

Princess Beatrice stepped out with her husband at the Frieze Art Fair in London this afternoon – and it may have been a family affair as the Queen‘s husband Lady Helen Taylor was also spotted mooching around.

Beatrice, 34, wore a black tweed jacket with gem buttons from Zara while she perused the art on display in the company of her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, 38, at the fair in Regent’s Park.

She teamed the blazer, which she has worn several times before, with a faithful pair of black Gucci Jordaan loafers with gold detailing.

To accessorise, the Princess carried a black leather Saint Laurent Sac de Jour Nano Bag.

Lady Helen is a distant cousin of Her late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, as the great-great granddaughter of King George V and the daughter of Prince Edward, Duke of Kent, who is the Queen’s first cousin. 

 The royals attended the VIP preview event of the Frieze Art Fair, organised by Frieze London which was founded in 2003.

The fair takes place every October in Regent’s Park and showcases work from both emerging and long-established artists, with this year’s event expected to display works from 160 galleries around the world.

The daughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson has had a busy week, after also attending a meeting in London on Tuesday to mark the International Day of the Girl.

Appearing alongside the Swedish ambassador to the UK Mikaela Kumlin Granit, mother-of-one Beatrice wore a £350 military-style blazer from ME+EM. 

In pictures posted to Twitter by the ambassador, Beatrice appeared to be at the event today, run by the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, alongside several schoolgirls as they marked the annual occasion. 

International Day of the Girl aims to focus attention on the need to address the challenges girls face and to promote their empowerment and the fulfilment of their human rights.
