Robert Lewandowski fended off Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi to scoop up the Best FIFA Men’s Player award on Thursday night during a virtual ceremony.
Lewandowski enjoyed an historic treble-winning season with Bayern Munich, winning the Champions League, the Bundesliga and the German Cup.
And he was duly rewarded with the FIFA prize thanks to his incredible form with Bayern over the last year.
