Recent retiree Roxy Jacenko spent her Australia Day public holiday dining at the ritzy Catalina restaurant in Sydney‘s Rose Bay.
The PR queen, 43, who closed her Sweaty Betty PR agency in November after 18 years in business, was joined at the waterfront venue by a handful of friends and her husband Oliver Curtis.
The rowdy group was seen leaving the seafood restaurant after a long lunch, with Roxy looking particularly jubilant as she raised her fist in the air.

The Sydney-based former publicist looked fabulous in a green $180 Kookai mini dress, which featured a white floral print.
Roxy accessorised with brown flat sandals and a matching Hermès handbag, which retails for $14,500.
She added a gold wristwatch and flashy jewellery, including a pair of diamond earrings, and black sunglasses.

The businesswoman kept her shoulder-length blonde hair tucked behind her ears after recently ditching the extensions she’d worn for years.
Despite looking rather animated, Roxy seemed to have no problem walking through the car park – unlike the time she infamously took a tumble at Mimi’s in Coogee after attending a boozy Melbourne Cup party.
The mother of two announced last November she was stepping down as director of Sweaty Betty, the PR firm she founded 18 years ago, and closing the business.

She took to Instagram to share the news alongside a photo of herself at age 24 when she founded the company.
‘Eighteen years ago this was me. A hungry 24-year-old desperate to succeed (at something, actually anything),’ she wrote.
‘No university degree and a half-finished TAFE course, four months’ PR experience and a small office with a fax machine and cordless phone.
‘Fast forward to today and I have weathered storms one could only assume you would see on a mini series and heck, I think I’ve done it with gusto.
‘But now it’s time for me to hang my PR shoes up (and, no, they were never stilettos; they were trainers. Why? Because you can’t run in them) and say goodbye to my working life as I know it.’

She continued: ‘I’ve lived and breathed Sweaty Betty – in sickness and in health, quite literally – but now it’s time to live, continue to build my own brands while managing my incredible talent within Ministry of Talent – which I just adore.’
Ministry of Talent is an agency for social media influencers across fashion, beauty, fitness and more, and facilitates partnerships between bloggers and brands.
Its clients include Candice Warner, the radio host wife of cricketer David Warner, and Antoinette Marie, better known as Sydney’s Fashion Blogger.
